RETURN & EXCHANGE
Return Conditions
- Return & Exchange should be made within 14 days from the date of purchase (Walkin) or the date item received (Website)
- All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, without having been worn, used, washed, altered or ironed with tags and labels still attached.
Non-returnable Item
- Items purchased during sale, As Is, Raya Season and Promotional Price.
- Inner, Innerwear, Scrunchies and Hand socks (due to our strict hygiene policy)
- Item damaged cause by (torn, stain, wrinkle, smell, cigarette, perfume)
Other Terms & Conditions
- For any exchange, shipping fees must be paid by the customer. JITA does not cover exchange shipping costs.
- JITA will provide Store credit according to the amount of the previous purchase to be used for new purchases on the JITA website or by walk-in at the boutique.
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Check your eligibility
Please ensure your item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Step 2: Start your return request
Please reach out to us at our customer service via WhatsApp only at +60193211684 with your order number and the reason for your return. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please include a clear photo so we can assist you faster.
Step 3: Prepare your package
Once we approve your request, please securely pack the item. Include the original packing slip or a note with your name and order number inside the package.
Step 4: Ship it back to us
Please ship the goods to the address below:
B60, Ground Floor, Jalan Kurnia Jaya 3,
25150, Kuantan Pahang.
**Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an error was made on our part.
Step 5: Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Instead of an exchange (refund) JITA will provide Store Credit according to the amount of the previous purchase to be used for new purchases on the JITA website or by walk-in at the boutique.
